User Accounts & Responsibilities

Reporting Violations

Consequences: Violations may result in account suspension, termination of services, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities.

Termination with Notice

Effects of Termination
Immediate Effects
- • Access to Q-Academy services will cease
- • Active sessions will be terminated
- • Billing will stop (except for outstanding amounts)

Data Handling
- • 30-day grace period for data export
- • Critical health/education data preserved longer
- • Personal data handled per Privacy Policy
- • Backup data retained per retention policies
Data Export
Before account termination, you may export your data using our data export tools. We provide standard formats (PDF, CSV, JSON) for most data types.
Important: After the grace period, data may be permanently deleted according to our retention policies and legal requirements.
