Q-Academy is available on three platforms: Desktop application for teachers to create activities and manage student progress, Web application for healthcare professionals to access medical records and provide telemedicine services, and Mobile application for students and parents to access activities and track progress.

All platforms require stable internet connection for synchronization.

Q-Academy automatically syncs data across all platforms when connected to the internet. Student activities, progress reports, and medical records are updated in real-time. If you experience sync issues, try refreshing the app or check your internet connection. Manual sync options are available in Settings.

To reset your password, go to the sign-in page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure reset link. The link expires in 24 hours for security. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

User roles are set during registration and cannot be changed directly for security reasons. If you need to change your role (e.g., from Teacher to Healthcare Professional), please contact our support team with verification documents. We'll help you migrate your account safely.

Q-Academy uses industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and in transit. We're HIPAA compliant and follow strict privacy protocols. Student data is only accessible to authorized users based on role permissions. Regular security audits ensure data protection.

Yes, you can cancel your Q-Academy subscription at any time through your account settings. No cancellation fees apply. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. All your data remains accessible during this time, and you can export it if needed.
